Cancelation & No Show Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 48 hours notice. Pre-paid services will be redeemed in full in the event of a missed appointment or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and the balance owing for the service will be charged to the credit card on file. Failed payments will result in the account being banned from booking until the account balance is paid in full. 

Bellus Beauty Bar has a strict 'no refund' policy on all purchases, including all services, prepaid treatments or deposits (whether these programs are paid in full or not) Prepaid programs will expire and will automatically be cancelled after 24 months from the date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be given. All treatments and services are not transferable to other treatments or individuals.

We reserve the right to alter prices without further notice. Treatment prices may vary from client to client based on their individual treatment needs and personalized treatment packages purchased. 

Bellus Beauty Bar will try to communicate policy changes with you in advance wherever possible. However, we do reserve the right to make amendments to  our policies without notice at any time.

Bellus Beauty Bar will only use the personal information you have chosen to provide us for the purpose for which you provided it. We will not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
